After breakfast, we will head to the city of Aparecida, where a famous Brazilian sanctuary was built in honor of Our Lady of Aparecida. After receiving her blessing, they experienced an abundance of fish in their nets. In 1734, the construction of a chapel began, and a century later, the construction of a larger church commenced. On July 16, 1930, the people of Brazil paid homage to Our Lady of Aparecida. It marked the solemn consecration of the Basilica and the declaration of her as a Patroness of the country.
